The Executive Head Chef is Michael Farrugia is
one of the crucial points of our establishment
where he adjusts to different scenarios depending
on the need of the day or event, He also oversees
the Maritim Hotel, Al Ponte Pizzeria and
The Arches Restaurant famed for its fine dining.
