Maintenance Technician

Responsible to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises and all equipment. Performing a variety of maintenance tasks to maintain the buildings, common areas and equipment in the best possible condition.

Maintenance Attendant

Performing basic maintenance and repair tasks which may include, but not limited to: assisting the maintenance technicians, carpentry, electrical, plumbing or general building/facility maintenance projects.

 F&B Server (Waiter/Waitress)

To ensure that all guests are served to the highest standards in all our outlets. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas. Taking orders for food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.

Chef
Tournant

Assigned to be directly responsible for one or more outlets or production areas the Chef Tournant should expect to be responsible to rotated into different areas.

Responsible in the overseeing of a section in the kitchen to ensure the delivery of high quality food preparation and presentation.

Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Bartender

To ensure that all patrons are served to the highest standards in all our outlets. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas. Preparing a variety of beverages for patrons and serving them at the bar or through the wait staff. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment at all times.

Sushi Chef

Having full responsibility for the sushi kitchen and respective stations with regards to the planning, preparation, set-up, and execution of food items. Maintaining high standards in quality, service and facilities in all areas.

Commis Chef

Having an active role in the supporting and operation of the kitchen function to ensure and maintain high standards and quality food whilst abiding to the established hygiene practices.
